For stays of 7 nights or longer, weekly cleaning of the villa, including fresh bed linen and towels, is provided for a mandatory fee of 2,500 THB.
A cash security deposit of 10,000 THB is required upon arrival and will be refunded at departure, provided no damage or additional charges apply.
To comply with Thai immigration regulations, a copy of each guest’s passport must be presented at check-in. Anyone not included in the booking will not be permitted to enter the property.
